BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS –

• Lon is an adult exclusive retreat, not suitable for infants and children under the ages of 18 years.
• Package can only be sold to guests 18+ years old
• A minimum 50% deposit must be taken on day of booking and bookings must be at least 14 days in advance of stay
• PLEASE NOTE THAT LUNCH RESERVATIONS AT LAURA CANNOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL 120 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. NO CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE CHARGED SHOULD WE BE UNABLE TO BOOK YOU INTO LAURA RESTAURANT.

• Cancellation Policy –

Due to the boutique, small nature of our 7-suite property, we are limited in our flexibility to cancel or amend reservations. With this in mind, all reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

If you cancel or amend your reservation/s:

a) With more than 14 days notice prior to your arrival date, your 50% deposit will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee.

b) 7-14 days notice is given prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reserved accommodation will be charged unless you transfer the full $value of your reservation to another date within 6 months of your original check-in date. A $100 administrative fee is also charged.

c) 7 days or less notice is given prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to your total reserved stay less the deposit already paid.
